During my stay in a triple room, I encountered multiple issues. The cleanliness was lacking, with a noticeable bad smell from the toilet, likely due to sewage problems. the amenities were limited. there were no basic necessities like a kettle, and the furniture was outdated and in poor condition.

I had a perfect stay at Hotel Sara & Spa! The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the excellent selection of fresh food during breakfast, making each morning delightful. With the friendly service from the staff and easy access to local attractions, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I wish there were more amenities in the room.
